A Limited Window of Opportunity for Fresh Law Graduates!

The Supreme Court has relaxed the requirement of prior practice at the Bar, allowing candidates to appear for the judiciary exam without any years of practice for recruitment notifications issued up to 31st March 2027. For notifications issued on or after 1st April 2027, the requirement of at least one year of active practice will apply again.

This ruling opens the doors of the judiciary exam to a large number of fresh law graduates who could not apply earlier, but only for a limited period. The Judiciary Fast-Track Foundation Course is built for exactly this group: aspirants with little or no courtroom exposure who now need to become fully exam-ready for both Prelims and Mains within a short timeline, while this eligibility window remains open.

In 6–8 months, the course delivers complete, exam-oriented coverage of the judiciary syllabus under the guidance of Drishti Judiciary’s expert faculty. It is short in duration but comprehensive in coverage, so that first-time aspirants without prior practical experience can compete on an equal footing with more experienced candidates.
