The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law, commonly known as MH CET Law, is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. Eligibility Criteria 

  • For 5-Year Law Programs (Integrated): 
    • Candidates must have passed 12th standard (HSC) or equivalent examination from a recognized board. 
    • Minimum 45% marks in aggregate for General category (40% for SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra). 
  • For 3-Year Law Programs: 
    • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. 
    • Minimum 45% marks in aggregate for General category (40% for SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra).

Examination Pattern & Syllabus 

The MH CET Law follows a similar pattern for both 3-year and 5-year programs, with slight variations in difficulty level:
